One of the most frequently asked questions is about product specifications and suitability for different playing levels. Our basketballs are available in official size 7 (for adults) and size 5 (for youth), with options for indoor, outdoor, or multi-surface use. Product pages include detailed information on material, weight, circumference, and recommended use. Our footballs come in official size 5, with variations for grass, artificial turf, and casual play, featuring different panel constructions for optimal performance. For badminton, we offer rackets in different weight categories and balance points to suit various playing styles, along with professional-grade shuttlecocks for competitive play and durable plastic shuttlecocks for casual games.

Customers often ask about product durability and care instructions. To maintain performance and extend lifespan, we recommend proper storage and maintenance. Basketballs and footballs should be stored in a cool, dry place away from extreme heat or cold. Inflation pressure should be checked regularly using a pressure gauge—follow the recommended PSI indicated on the ball for optimal performance. Badminton rackets should be stored in a protective cover to prevent frame damage and string breakage. Strings should be tightened according to the manufacturer's recommendations and replaced when signs of wear or loss of tension appear.

Order processing and shipping timelines are another common inquiry: standard order processing takes 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), domestic shipping takes 4-8 business days, and international shipping takes 10-25 business days. Tracking numbers are sent to the customer's email once the order ships, allowing real-time package monitoring. Questions about returns and exchanges are highly frequent: to be eligible, items must be unused, in their original, undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used sports equipment, damaged items, or items missing original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped incorrectly by our team. International returns are subject to additional shipping and customs fees, which the customer must cover.

International customers often ask about customs duties and import restrictions: all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges. Finally, our products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects (such as faulty stitching, frame cracks, or string breakage); normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.
