Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 1 year (365 days) of the date you receive your order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged and in their original condition.
- Quality issues or defects: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund and cover all shipping costs, including both outbound and return shipping.
- Personal preference (no defect): If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations & Refunds Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and prior to shipment are eligible for a full refund, processed promptly.
Custom & Personalized Orders For custom or personalized items that have not yet shipped, a refund of 60% of the order total will be issued. Please note that custom orders that have already shipped are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return Please contact our customer support team before sending any items back to obtain the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
