We are committed to ensuring your sports gear arrives safely and in pristine condition, ready for immediate use. All orders undergo thorough inspection and careful packaging following full payment confirmation, with standard processing times ranging from 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Minor delays may occur during peak seasons such as back-to-school, holiday sales, or major sports tournaments, and we will notify customers promptly via email if any unforeseen delays arise.
Given the nature of sports equipment, specialized packaging is essential to prevent damage during transit. Basketballs and footballs are deflated to reduce size and prevent shape loss during shipping, then wrapped in protective plastic sleeves and placed in sturdy cardboard boxes with void fill to avoid shifting. Badminton rackets are individually wrapped in foam padding to protect the frame and strings, then secured in rigid boxes to prevent bending or cracking. All packages are sealed securely and labeled with clear delivery information to ensure accurate handling.
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to provide reliable domestic and international delivery. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days, while international orders generally take 10 to 25 business days, depending on customs processing and local carrier efficiency. Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, customs inspections, carrier operational issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We recommend placing orders well in advance of important games or tournaments to account for potential shipping delays.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, delivery destination, and selected shipping speed. All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information, including full name, physical address, postal code, and valid contact details. Inaccurate information may result in delayed delivery, failed delivery attempts, return to sender, or additional re-shipping fees, which the customer must cover.
Once shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to the customer's email, allowing real-time package monitoring.
